Kiwi Match, a New Zealand match racing team with the support of SLAM, are about to embark on their 2010 campaign. Beginning with the Korea Match Cup qualifier on the 6th May the team is planning on competing in several national and international regattas throughout the year. The long term aim is to secure a tour card to compete on the World Match Racing Tour with the immediate goal of increasing our world ranking inside the top 20. 
 
Competition this year is expected to be fierce, especially with some of the local teams following a similar path and competing in a lot of the same regattas. With a World Tour invitation up for grabs in Korea the Kiwi Match team has undergone a slight facelift. Joining Laurie Jury, Logan Fraserand Mike Edmonds are Matt Stevens and Adrian Short.

Changes haven't only been reserved for the crew, with the Kiwi Match website undergoing a few changes of its own. With the aim of making it more user friendly and incorporating our facebook page and twitter feeds the site will help keep friends and supporters up with the play. With the continued support of SLAM and off the back of success late last year winning the New Zealand Match Racing Nationals the team is looking forward to the challenges ahead.
